On May 1st, 2026, Brio PAE was awarded the title of winner in the Retail and service - 2 to 20 employees category, at the Gala Panthéon de la Performance of the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie des Bois-Francs et de L'Érable (CCIBFE). A recognition that touches us deeply.
It is with great pride and gratitude that we share this news with you. Now in its 41st year, the Panthéon de la Performance is one of the most prestigious awards presented to companies in our region. To be recognized as a winner in this competition, evaluated by an external and independent jury, is a mark of confidence that we take very seriously.
This award belongs to every member of the Brio PAE team. Since 1989, Brio PAE has been supporting organizations in promoting psychological health, preventing psychosocial risks and supporting employees and managers alike. We operate in a market where offers are often similar. Our innovative character stems from the continuous modernization of our tools and the originality of our business model. In recent years, we have :
- Implemented a CRM system to structure our development and improve internal coordination
- Integrate artificial intelligence into content production and project management
- Developed a transactional platform that significantly reduces reimbursement times for employees
- Created a specialized psychosocial risk analysis service in direct response to the new requirements of CNESST Law 27.
- Strengthened our telemedicine and integrated medicine offer, in partnership with two major players in the sector
