In addition, Brio EAP’s flexibility sometimes makes it possible to address access-to-service challenges for certain categories of workers who do not have access to services covered by insurance, such as seasonal, contract, and other workers.

Because your teams are unique, we offer 3 EAP/MAP/FEAP models:
  • Individual: Consultation hours are reserved for the employee or member.
  • Transferable: The employee or member can transfer his or her consultation hours to a loved one.
  • Family: Each member of the employee’s or member’s family has his or her own bank of consultation hours.

Regardless of the model you choose, you can cover 100% of your employees from day one.

  • Employees can open a file easily, without a password, using an intuitive website or our telephone line.
  • Consultations are offered in face-to-face, virtual or hybrid formats, according to individual needs and preferences.
  • Immediate response to crisis calls

A variety of therapeutic approaches:

  • Our professionals use various recognized approaches, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, at no additional cost.
  • Option to cover part of the costs for those who have their own therapist
  • Option to continue with the assigned private therapist or through group insurance, depending on eligibility criteria
  • A change of therapist is allowed after the first session, with no justification required.
  • Complementary interventions for complex situations

Ongoing and adaptative follow-up:

  • We track usage every three months and hold an annual meeting to share challenges, opportunities and Brio EAP’s recommendations.

Quick, easy, safe access

At Brio EAP, support begins with the first request.

Our coordination team mobilizes immediately to ensure a rapid, and compassionate response. The professionals answering calls are trained to assess risks (suicidal, homicidal) and support employees facing personal, professional or family-related issues.

In case of emergency, an appointment can be offered in less than 24 hours. For regular requests, we guarantee a first appointment within a maximum of 10 business days.

If the situation evolves or becomes more urgent, we reassess without delay to speed up access to support.
