Working at your own pace
As a BRIO PAE professional, you retain complete autonomy. You accept referrals that match your availability, expertise and preferences. The online platform lets you manage your mandates in just a few clicks, without unnecessary paperwork.

Fair and guaranteed remuneration
At BRIO PAE, your fees are paid directly by us. You enter your hours into our platform and receive your payments at the end of each month, according to a predictable schedule. No ambiguous deadlines, no reminders.
And best of all you’re protected in the event of late cancellation :
- If a customer cancels less than 24 hours in advance, or fails to show up for an appointment, you will be paid 100% of your fee.

Admission requirements
- Membership in a professional order or an Association recognized by PAE (RITMA or CITRAC only);
- Completion of a university degree (BAC) in a field of intervention, such as: social work, psychology, psycho-education, guidance, criminology, sexology, nursing, etc. AND 1 year’s experience in helping others.
Completion of a college diploma (DEC technique) in a field of intervention, such as: childhood education, addiction, bereavement, trauma, parental coaching AND 3 years’ experience in helping others.
- Offer availability in face-to-face.
- Be familiar with some of these approaches cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, systemic and psychosocial approaches.
